SEC. 03 — WHY WE PUBLISH THIS

Because “request a quote for pricing” helps nobody.

An exhibit manager building next year’s budget needs a number in a spreadsheet, months before anyone is ready to talk to a salesperson. Hiding that number does not win the project — it just makes the planning harder and pushes people toward whoever answered the question first.

So we publish what a booth actually costs, what drayage really is, and how the venues work. If that means you plan a better show and build it somewhere else, fine. Most of the time, the company that answered honestly is the one that gets the call.
