Sestek came to Customer Contact Week with a conversational-AI story and a problem: every neighbouring booth was dark, backlit, and shouting. We built the opposite — a clean white exhibit with gradient brand towers and concealed lighting that reads as clarity, not noise.
At CCW Las Vegas, Sestek was surrounded by the loudest names in contact-center AI — a full aisle of dark booths, hanging rings, and LED walls at Caesars Forum. Going brighter than the neighbours wasn’t possible. Going cleaner was.
The exhibit had to do three jobs in a compact footprint: land the product story at a glance, hold live demos on-screen, and give the sales team somewhere to sit down with a qualified prospect — without any of it feeling crowded.
The exhibit is bookended by full-height gradient towers running blue into violet, with the Sestek name set vertically so it reads from both ends of the aisle. Between them, a seamless printed feature wall carries the product story — Automates, Improves, Augments — in a single uninterrupted graphic run.
Everything structural is white satin millwork with tight reveals and a clean overhead fascia carrying recessed downlights. Two monitors mount flush into the wall for live demos, and a gradient-wrapped welcome counter anchors the corner where traffic enters.
The detail that does the most work costs the least: a concealed LED wash tucked under the storage credenza, throwing a magenta glow onto the floor. On a dark aisle, that low light line is what makes the white read as deliberate rather than blank.
Full-height blue-to-violet brand columns, legible from both directions of the aisle.
One continuous printed run — no panel seams breaking the product story.
Hidden strip lighting under the millwork that lifts white off a dark show floor.
Flush-mounted screens and seating sized for real conversations in a compact footprint.
A stand that stayed legible in the busiest aisle at the world’s largest customer contact event — and read as clarity in a hall selling complexity.
