These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of steadfastdisplays.com (the “Site”), operated by Steadfast Displays (“Steadfast Displays,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes, estimates, renderings, and pricing information provided through the Site or in response to a request are for informational purposes and are not binding offers. Final pricing, scope, schedule, and specifications are set out in a written agreement, proposal, or invoice signed or accepted by both parties. Estimates may change based on final design, materials, show requirements, and timing.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, images, renderings, photographs, logos, and design, are owned by Steadfast Displays or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print content for your own informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission. Client names and logos shown on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify past projects.

Submissions

Information you submit through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting a request you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it, and you consent to us contacting you by phone, email, or text about your inquiry.
