The booth builder based where the big shows happen

Every January the biggest trade shows on earth land in our backyard. Steadfast Displays designs, fabricates, and installs booths for CES, SEMA, SHOT Show, World of Concrete, MAGIC, and every other show on the Las Vegas calendar — from a full-service shop fifteen minutes from the convention center. No freight gamble, no missed move-in, and a build crew that can be on your show floor the same hour you call.

SEC. 01 — WHY US

Why Las Vegas shows exhibitors choose us.

Your booth never crosses the country. We build minutes from the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Venetian Expo, so you skip long-haul freight risk, cut drayage weight with smarter crating, and keep the critical path short when show deadlines compress.

Everything happens under one roof — design, engineering, woodwork, metal fabrication, large-format graphics, 3D printing, and finishing. One point of accountability from concept render to show-floor handoff, with no subcontractor roulette.

We live the Las Vegas show calendar year round. Our crews work the LVCC and Venetian move-in windows, union rules, and rigging realities every season — experience that keeps your opening morning calm.

SEC. 04 — QUESTIONS

Straight answers for Las Vegas shows.

Can’t find yours? Ask us directly — real answers, not runarounds.

Q/01How early should we book a booth for a Las Vegas show?
For custom builds, lock in 3–4 months before your show — design, engineering, and fabrication run 6–8 weeks, and the weeks before CES, SEMA, and SHOT fill fast. Rentals can be configured as late as 4–6 weeks out. Running late? Call anyway — rush builds are possible in 3–4 weeks.
Q/02Can one booth work across multiple Las Vegas shows?
Yes — that’s the smartest money in exhibiting. We design modular structures that reconfigure between shows, store them at our Las Vegas facility between events, and refresh graphics per show. Clients exhibiting at 3+ Vegas shows a year typically cut per-show costs 40% or more this way.
Q/03Should we rent or buy for a Las Vegas show?
If you exhibit at three or more shows a year, custom ownership usually pays for itself within about 18 months. For a single Vegas show, rentals win: $3,500–$6,500 all-in for a 10×10, $7,500–$14,000 for a 10×20, and $16,000–$40,000 for islands — graphics, install, dismantle, and freight included.
Q/04Do you handle install, dismantle, and drayage?
Yes. Our own I&D crews work the LVCC and Venetian floors, and because the booth ships across town instead of across the country, drayage and freight costs drop sharply. We coordinate targets, marshalling, and show-services paperwork so you don’t have to.
Q/05What happens to our booth after the show?
We crate it, truck it back to our shop, and store it — climate-safe, inventoried, and ready to redeploy. Between shows we handle repairs, graphic swaps, and reconfiguration so the next move-in starts clean.
Q/06We’re not based in Las Vegas — does that matter?
Most of our show clients aren’t. You get one local point of contact who handles fabrication, delivery, install, on-show support, teardown, and storage. You fly in for the show; we do the rest.
