HEAD and Penn needed their full line: racquets, strings, footwear, bags, and balls, presented like a flagship store inside a New York hotel. Steadfast designed and fabricated a continuous merchandising wall with a lit dual-brand fascia, media bays, and retail shelving, then installed it on site, set and ready to stock.
Most event builds are backdrops. This one had to work like retail: every racquet, string set, shoe, and ball can needed a merchandised home: faced, spaced, and lit the way a flagship store would do it.
The run pairs two brands on one wall. HEAD’s racquet, footwear, and bag story flows into Penn’s ball and accessory range under a single continuous fascia, so two identities read as one program.
And because the venue was a working hotel in Manhattan, everything had to arrive as clean modules: carried in through service corridors, standing on ballroom carpet by morning, and gone without a trace when the event wrapped.
The wall went together in the Las Vegas shop as a series of black slatwall bays on cabinet bases, storage inside, merchandising outside: topped by a continuous header fascia carrying both marks.
Integrated downlights wash every bay, so racquet graphics, string walls, and footwear shelves carry their own light instead of borrowing the ballroom’s.
Two flush-mounted screens sit inside the run for product and technology content, wired through the cabinetry so nothing trails onto the floor.
Freestanding HEAD walls and an athlete backdrop frame the space, while the props do the smiling: an oversized Pro Penn can and a tennis-ball swivel chair that pulled people in for photos.
One continuous lit header carries HEAD into Penn without a visible seam.
Slatwall bays, faced shelving, and string-wall grids built to store planogram standards.
Flush-mounted screens wired through the cabinetry, no exposed cords, no floor clutter.
Modular bays sized for service corridors and set on ballroom carpet without damage.
The wall stocked out like a store and photographed like a flagship, and when the event wrapped, it broke back down into modules ready for the next stop.
