Proof, not promises.

Real projects, real photos, no renders passed off as reality. Filter by discipline or just scroll — every build here shipped from our shop.

THE RECORD /

Every project in this archive was designed, fabricated, and installed by Steadfast Displays — a custom exhibit builder based in Las Vegas, working nationwide. The range runs from 10×10 tradeshow booths to full outdoor brand activations and two-story island exhibits for names like T-Mobile, Coors Light, State Farm, and Skechers.

We publish real photography, not renders, because the finish is the point: welded steel frames, seamless large-format graphics, cabinetry-grade counters, and installs that land on time on any show floor in the country. See the services behind these builds or request a quote to scope your own.

QUESTIONS

Questions before the first build.

Can’t find yours? Ask us directly — real answers, not runarounds.

Q/01What kinds of projects do you take on?
Custom trade show exhibits, brand activations, retail environments, corporate showrooms, and special-event builds. The projects on this page range from a 10×20 inline booth to a two-story island and a full outdoor club environment — all designed, fabricated, and installed by the same team.
Q/02How long does a custom build take?
Standard custom fabrication runs 6–8 weeks from approved design to crated build. Rush projects can be turned in 3–4 weeks when the schedule demands it. Graphic swaps on an existing structure are usually done within a week.
Q/03What does a build like these cost?
Custom 10×20 exhibits typically run $15,000–$40,000, and islands start around $50,000. Rental packages start at $3,500 all-in. Our booth cost guide breaks down the real numbers, including the fees most quotes leave out.
Q/04Do you install outside Las Vegas?
Yes. We build in our Las Vegas shop and deliver and install nationwide, with our own supervisors running the install. Projects on this page have gone up in Las Vegas, New Orleans, and at festival sites across the country.
Q/05Can you reuse or reconfigure a booth we already own?
Usually, yes. We store client exhibits at our Las Vegas facility and reconfigure structures, swap graphics, and adapt footprints between shows — which is far cheaper than rebuilding for every event.
