G2E booths built in gaming’s hometown

The Global Gaming Expo runs September 28 – October 1, 2026 at the Venetian Expo — and it’s a hometown show for us in every sense. Steadfast Displays has built for casino and gaming brands including Horseshoe, and our shop sits fifteen minutes from the show floor. G2E booths get judged against casino-floor production values; we fabricate to that standard every day.

SEC. 01 — WHY US

Why G2E exhibitors choose us.

Gaming is a hometown industry we already serve. Our portfolio includes casino brand builds like Horseshoe — we know the finish level a gaming audience expects because we deliver it on the Strip year round.

Casino-grade finishes in-house: premium millwork, backlit surfaces, LED integration, and metal fabrication that stands next to slot cabinets and still looks like the nicest thing in the aisle.

We’re local to the Venetian Expo. Our crews work its docks, move-in windows, and rigging rules every season — and the shop being up the road means day-of fixes happen in hours.

SEC. 04 — QUESTIONS

Straight answers for G2E.

Can’t find yours? Ask us directly — real answers, not runarounds.

Q/01How early should we book a G2E 2026 booth?
Lock custom builds by July — fabrication runs 6–8 weeks and September is consumed by crating and move-in. Rentals can be configured into late August. If you’re reading this late, call anyway: rush builds are possible at 3–4 weeks.
Q/02How much does a G2E booth cost?
Custom 10×20s typically run $15k–$40k; islands start around $50k. Rentals are all-in: $3,500–$6,500 for a 10×10, $7,500–$14,000 for a 10×20, and $16,000–$40,000 for islands, including graphics, install, dismantle, and freight.
Q/03Can you handle slot cabinets and live gaming demos?
Yes — we build power-managed, ventilated casework and platforms for cabinets, terminals, and tables, and coordinate delivery, placement, and power with show services so your hardware demos run all day.
Q/04Do you handle G2E install and dismantle?
Yes, with our own crews who work the Venetian Expo year round. Targets, drayage, rigging, teardown — handled. And because the booth ships across town instead of across the country, freight and drayage costs drop sharply.
Q/05What finish level does a G2E booth need?
Casino-floor level. Your booth sits next to slot cabinets engineered to look irresistible — we match that with premium millwork, backlit surfaces, and automotive-grade paint, finished in the same shop that builds for Strip properties.
Q/06Can our G2E booth work at other shows?
Yes — modular structures reconfigure for ICE, Indian Gaming, or your regional circuit. We store the booth at our Vegas facility between shows and swap graphics per event.
