World of Concrete booths engineered like your equipment

World of Concrete returns to the Las Vegas Convention Center January 19–21, 2027 — indoor halls plus the outdoor lots where machines run live. Exhibiting here means structures that hold real weight, survive real demos, and read as seriously as the equipment they carry. Steadfast Displays engineers and fabricates those booths in our own Las Vegas shop.

SEC. 01 — WHY US

Why World of Concrete exhibitors choose us.

Structural credibility is the whole game at WOC. Our in-house metal fabrication and documented load engineering put heavy product on display safely — mixers, saws, and machinery at working height, rated and paperworked for show services.

Indoor hall or outdoor lot, we build for both: weather-resistant finishes and anchoring for the Silver and Gold lots, polished brand environments for the halls, and one crew handling the whole footprint.

WOC shares January with CES and SHOT — the tightest three weeks on the Las Vegas calendar. Being fifteen minutes from the LVCC is the difference between a scramble and a schedule.

SEC. 04 — QUESTIONS

Straight answers for World of Concrete.

Can’t find yours? Ask us directly — real answers, not runarounds.

Q/01How early should we book a World of Concrete 2027 booth?
Lock custom builds by October — WOC lands the same week as SHOT Show and two weeks after CES, so Las Vegas fabrication capacity in January is spoken for early. Rentals can be configured into early December.
Q/02Can you display heavy equipment safely?
Yes — load-rated platforms and risers engineered in our metal shop, with documented calculations for show services. We coordinate heavy freight timing, rigging, and placement so machines land exactly where the drawing says.
Q/03Do you build for the outdoor lots?
We do — weather-resistant finishes, ballasted and anchored structures, and graphics rated for wind and sun. One crew handles your indoor booth and outdoor footprint on the same schedule.
Q/04How much does a World of Concrete booth cost?
Custom 10×20s typically run $15k–$40k; islands and equipment-heavy footprints start around $50k. Rentals are all-in: $3,500–$6,500 for a 10×10, $7,500–$14,000 for a 10×20, and $16,000–$40,000 for islands.
Q/05Do you handle WOC install and dismantle?
Yes, with our own crews at the LVCC — including the heavy-freight choreography this show is famous for. Because we’re local, day-of changes get solved from the shop in hours.
Q/06Can the booth reconfigure for other construction shows?
Yes — modular design lets the same structure work WOC in January and CONEXPO or your regional circuit later, with storage, refurb, and graphic swaps handled at our Las Vegas facility.
