CES booth design, built 15 minutes from the show floor

CES takes over Las Vegas January 6–9, 2027, and the exhibitors who win it plan early. Steadfast Displays designs and fabricates CES booths in our own Las Vegas shop — no cross-country freight gamble, no missed move-in window, and a build team that can be at the Las Vegas Convention Center in fifteen minutes when the show floor throws a surprise.

SEC. 01 — WHY US

Why CES exhibitors choose us.

Your booth never crosses the country. We build minutes from the LVCC, so you skip long-haul freight risk, cut drayage weight with smarter crating, and keep the critical path short when CES deadlines compress in December.

Tech-ready fabrication in-house: LED and display integration, precision millwork, metal framing, large-format graphics, and 3D-printed product replicas — engineered for demo-heavy CES traffic and finished to showroom standard.

We work the LVCC’s move-in windows, union rules, and rigging realities every January. That experience is what keeps your opening morning calm while 130,000+ attendees pour in.

SEC. 04 — QUESTIONS

Straight answers for CES.

Can’t find yours? Ask us directly — real answers, not runarounds.

Q/01How early should we book a CES 2027 booth?
Lock custom builds by September — design, engineering, and fabrication run 6–8 weeks, and December disappears into crating and move-in logistics. Rentals can be configured into November, though the best inventory goes early. Late? Call anyway: rush builds are possible at 3–4 weeks.
Q/02How much does a CES booth cost?
Custom 10×20 booths typically run $15k–$40k and islands start around $50k, depending on structure, AV, and finishes. Rental packages are all-in: $3,500–$6,500 for a 10×10, $7,500–$14,000 for a 10×20, and $16,000–$40,000 for islands — graphics, install, dismantle, and freight included.
Q/03Can you integrate screens, demos, and live product?
Yes — LED walls, touchscreen demo stations, device security mounts, and power/data planning are all engineered into the build, not bolted on at the end. We coordinate with your AV vendor or supply integration ourselves.
Q/04Do you handle CES install and dismantle?
Yes, with our own Las Vegas crews who work the LVCC every January. We handle targets, drayage paperwork, rigging coordination, and teardown — and because the shop is 15 minutes away, day-of changes get solved in hours, not days.
Q/05What if something breaks during CES move-in?
This is where local wins. A cracked panel or failed graphic goes back to our shop and returns the same day. Out-of-state builders are watching from 2,000 miles away; we’re up the road.
Q/06Can our CES booth work at other shows?
Absolutely — we design for reuse. Modular structures reconfigure for NAB, SEMA, or your regional circuit, we store the booth between shows, and graphics swap per event. That’s how CES exhibitors squeeze real ROI from the build.
