MAGIC booths with retail-floor polish

MAGIC turns the Las Vegas Convention Center into fashion’s marketplace twice a year — next up August 10–12, 2026. Buyers walk the floor judging your brand the way shoppers judge a storefront, so the booth has to merchandise like retail: fixtures, lighting, and finish. Steadfast Displays builds exactly that, fifteen minutes from the show floor, with the same shop that builds our clients’ retail environments.

SEC. 01 — WHY US

Why MAGIC exhibitors choose us.

We build retail for a living — gondolas, racks, shelving, and window-grade displays — so your MAGIC booth merchandises product the way your best store does, not the way a rental catalog allows.

Fashion booths live and die on lighting and finish. In-house paint, millwork, and lighting design give garments true color and texture and the photography-friendly polish buyers expect.

MAGIC runs twice a year — we design your booth to reconfigure between the August and February markets, store it locally between shows, and refresh graphics per season for a fraction of a rebuild.

SEC. 04 — QUESTIONS

Straight answers for MAGIC.

Can’t find yours? Ask us directly — real answers, not runarounds.

Q/01How early should we book a MAGIC booth?
Custom builds should be locked 3 months before the market — for February 2027, that means November. Rentals can be configured as late as six weeks out. The February market collides with other LVCC events, so earlier is safer.
Q/02Can you build real retail fixtures for our booth?
That’s our home turf — racks, gondolas, shelving, and display casework built in the same millwork shop that produces our clients’ store fixtures. Your booth merchandises like retail because it’s built like retail.
Q/03How much does a MAGIC booth cost?
Custom 10×20s typically run $15k–$40k depending on fixtures and finish; larger brand environments scale from there. Rentals are all-in: $3,500–$6,500 for a 10×10, $7,500–$14,000 for a 10×20 — graphics, install, dismantle, and freight included.
Q/04Can one booth cover both MAGIC markets?
Yes — we design for the August/February rhythm: modular structure, stored at our Las Vegas facility between markets, seasonal graphics swapped per show. Second-market costs typically drop by half or more.
Q/05Do you handle install and dismantle at MAGIC?
Yes, with our own LVCC crews. Fixtures arrive assembled, lighting is focused before open, and teardown is packed for storage the same night the market closes.
Q/06Can you match our brand’s retail identity?
Send us your store design guidelines and we’ll build to them — materials, finishes, and fixtures consistent with your retail fleet, so the booth reads as your brand and not a trade show compromise.
