ISC West booths built for live security demos

ISC West returns to the Venetian Expo April 5–9, 2027, with the exhibit hall running April 7–9 — and it’s a show that punishes booths that can’t run live demos. Camera walls, access control stations, and networked hardware all need power, data, and mounting engineered from day one. Steadfast Displays builds ISC West booths in our own Las Vegas shop, fifteen minutes from the show floor.

SEC. 01 — WHY US

Why ISC West exhibitors choose us.

Demo-first engineering: camera arrays, monitor walls, access-control stations, and server closets are planned into the structure — power, data, and cable paths routed clean so every demo runs live all three days.

Precision casework for hardware. Security products are small, dense, and expensive — our millwork and metal fabrication puts them at eye level, secure, powered, and impossible to walk past.

We’re local to the Venetian Expo. Our crews work its docks and move-in windows every season, and the shop being up the road means a failed mount or cracked panel gets fixed the same day.

SEC. 04 — QUESTIONS

Straight answers for ISC West.

Can’t find yours? Ask us directly — real answers, not runarounds.

Q/01How early should we book an ISC West 2027 booth?
Lock custom builds by January — design, engineering, and fabrication run 6–8 weeks, and March fills with crating and move-in logistics. Rentals can be configured into late February. Late? Call anyway: rush builds are possible at 3–4 weeks.
Q/02How much does an ISC West booth cost?
Custom 10×20s typically run $15k–$40k; islands start around $50k. Rentals are all-in: $3,500–$6,500 for a 10×10, $7,500–$14,000 for a 10×20, and $16,000–$40,000 for islands, including graphics, install, dismantle, and freight.
Q/03Can you wire live camera and access-control demos?
Yes — power, data, PoE runs, and mounting are engineered into the build, not improvised at move-in. We coordinate network drops with show services and pre-wire the booth in our shop so demos come up fast.
Q/04Do you handle ISC West install and dismantle?
Yes, with our own crews who work the Venetian Expo year round. Targets, drayage, rigging, teardown — handled, with the shop fifteen minutes away for same-day fixes.
Q/05How do we secure hardware overnight?
We build lockable casework, equipment closets, and covered demo stations into the design, and coordinate with show security requirements — your product stays displayed by day and secured by night.
Q/06Can our ISC West booth work at other shows?
Yes — modular structures reconfigure for GSX, regional security shows, or your channel events. We store the booth at our Vegas facility between shows and swap graphics per event.
